Questions

  • Can you finish work another contractor left?

Often, yes, when it's finish work like trim, doors, cabinets or floor transitions. I look first, write down what I find, and quote the finish work as a new job.

  • What is a punch list?

A list of repair and finish-up tasks, such as a drywall patch, a gap in the baseboard, a door that won't latch or a loose cabinet hinge, grouped into one half-day or full-day visit.
