One visit for that growing repair list.

Send me your list and a few photos. I group the work into a half-day or full-day visit, write the scope down, and get it done properly.

How the visit works

  1. Consult

You tell me what you need, and I visit or review photos.

  2. Written scope & price

Then you approve it in writing before work starts.

Questions

  • What is a punch list?

A list of repair and finish-up tasks, such as a drywall patch, a gap in the baseboard, a door that won't latch or a loose cabinet hinge, grouped into one half-day or full-day visit.

  • What is the smallest job you take?

A half-day visit, about four hours. That can be several tasks grouped into one day. A single small task is best grouped with a few others.
